What does it feel like?
The sensation is pleasant and apparent. You will feel a mild pulsing sensation, followed by some tightening of the butt and hamstring muscles. The muscles should contract smoothly, hold themselves in a tensed position for a few seconds and gently relax again. You control how powerful the sensations are with the intensity controller. The intensity goes from level 1-99. As you get stronger, you will increase the intensity.

How do I order the Other Flex Products Like the Flex Belt® or the Flex Arms®
Your Flex Mini® comes with the Flex Rechargeable Power Supply Unit that can be plugged into other Flex products for the stomach (Flex Belt®) and arms (Flex Arms). This enables you to save money by adding different products to your order because you only need to pay for the power supply unit once. After you place your Flex Mini® order, you will be given the option to add these other Flex Products to your order. What are the Terms of Your 2 Year Warranty?
This very fair warranty covers defects in manufacture that arise from correct use of the product in accordance with the product manual and instructions. In the unlikely event that a problem should occur with your Flex Mini, please call us for return information and we will replace it for you:

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, modification, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply, or to any product with an altered or defaced serial number. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the Gel Pads. Unless your Flex Mini didn't work when you first received it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product for your replacement. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure your product's safe delivery. We cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.

What is the deal with the free 1-year Magazine Subscription – are there any catches?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you. However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US DOLLARS) in advance, and charge $20.00 (US) for shipping and handling.
